Why didn't O'Connor think of that?
Because he was mature enough to own up to a gaffe like that.

...and would never have happened. But enough of that...I'm not going to disparage them because I give them a lot of credit for getting there. But, sorry, the "two best teams" weren't playing last night.
I though he was referring to UND being in the title game instead of St. Cloud State. What the hell are you talking about? Now a 3 loss Q team that took care of business all season didn't deserve to be there!? Do you think before you type?
And God help me for asking, but who, pray tell, is better and should have faced the Souix last night?

Right. Agreed. That was sarcasm.
My timehop was fun this morning!

DQ is running quite the classy operation on Comm Ave. Junior Robby Baillargeon told he was cut. Troubling news about a kid and a family who have shown loyalty.
Another example of why this program is off the rails, IMO.
Send him up road. Guys dropping like flies at the Heights.
That one surprised me. But it seems NHL teams are trying to secure their interests before they become free agents in a year.gilmour?!!?!?!?! was that on all y'all's radar?

Vesey situation is sending panic through the NHL ranks in regards to their drafted college players.

If this news is true, I can't say it would be a surprise. Robbie had a good freshman season, though the fact that he led the team in scoring covered up the fact that the team was horrible and he has less than 30 points. Since then, he really hasn't developed (of course having mono didn't help), despite getting many opportunities from the coaching staff to play top 6 and PP minutes. If he's been told that he is unlikely to get playing time, then he is getting the opportunity to transfer rather than use up his eligibility watching games from the stands.
Also, while I don't know for sure, I know the historical precedent is that if a scholly was already promised for next year, it is still there to use (most players opt to transfer, so it becomes moot).
As far as the "classy" comment, let's not pretend that this doesn't happen at other schools. It does.
