Oh! You're one of those Husky fans! :D I figured that RPI had earned at least some respect from SCSU recently. (There are too many D-I hockey teams using that nickname.)

Well, I am trying not to look past SHU tomorrow and thus haven't started a thread to discuss RPI's games vs. BU and UNH next weekend. Really interesting scheduling a winless AHA team in the midst of four OOC games vs. likely NCAA tourney teams.

I have no problem losing to a great team on the road. Even getting blown out. It's the total lack of discipline that irks me. So many bad penalties. Some cheap shots both ways. Completely disjointed hockey game.

Was there a single whistle that didn't result in these guys grappling a Denver player?

My take is that if you want to beat this BU team all you have to do is take a run at a player or two and they come completely unglued and forget how to play hockey.

O'Connor looked bad. Gave up way to many rebounds and drops down too quickly. Then there's the special teams...

Nothing pizzes me off more than when BU goons it up when they are losing- and they do it all the time. Seems like a pretty simple coaching matter- goon it up and you sit. Period.

Ironic that RPI is next. I was pretty embarrassed leaving Houston Field House last year.

Bonanza's post was pretty tongue-in-cheek (York has no control of his team! (No one thinks that, as you said.)) and you face-planted into the sarcasm in response.
