Boston University 2011 Offseason

Re: Boston University 2011 Offseason

weird poll, duluth gets one fewer first place vote than the number one team, but is ranked eighth. must've gotten a butt load of low/no rankings.

I know for a fact that some voters think the defending national champ should be No. 1 until they lose. I think that's dumb, but it explains why a bunch of people had them 1 and a bunch of others had them in the 11-12 range that Agganis mentioned.

Really? I can see that in the pros, despite there being no rankings, but as in college where your personnel changes by default every year, this makes absolutely no sense. Auburn should be #1 despite the loss of Cam Newton and others? Those writers should be whacked upside the head.

Re: Boston University 2011 Offseason

Their average ranking from the other 40 voters was between 11th and 12th. Just FYI since you went to COM and all.:p

Sure, doesn't mean that no one voted them low/not ranked. Only Parker would do something so maniacal as this.

FYI Courtnall and Chiasson will be the As this season. Not too much of a surprise there. Courtnall's progression over the last two years has been impressive.

All players with letters have names that start with "C"..... This just reminds me how much I miss G Unit.

Re: Cohen and Warsofsky. Both were sent to Providence today. Battle for 7th D spot down to Kampfer and Bartkowski.
