He posts under a different screen name now.

That guy has had more names than a bad restaurant. I'm losing touch though, used to be able to figure out who he was after just a few posts. Who is he now?

High ankle sprains are actually ligament tears, the severity of which depends on the grade.

It's touch and go for how quickly Trivino will be back. He could skate next week against PC or not be available until the NCAA playoffs (if we make it that far.)
Exactly. I had the dreaded H.A.S. about a year and a half ago. I couldn't walk at all for almost a month and couldn't skate for about 4 months. Each one is different, but they definitely can be very serious.

I watched Jack's press conference via one of the BU hockey blogs and he sure seemed to have been given the "it looks pretty bad" update from the doc. Yes, I'm reading into it a bit...he was properly obtuse as he has some restriction on what he can relay to the public...but it didn't look like he thought it would be a minor matter. The next day they could have been pleasantly surprised or really worried.

Here is hoping he gets back quickly and we still have plenty of games to play after that date.

See for me I have insanely resilient ankle ligaments, I've only sprained my ankle once and 4 days of pain later I was ok to go.

Who knows, Trivino could have the same gift. :D

He tweaked his knee early first semester last year and wasn't back to 100% until winter break, so cross our fingers but indications say no...

I kid I kid, but different parts of the body heal faster for different folks. :D

The Poles don't matter.

Aw come on guys, even I got excited about this one. How many months have gone by? :D

Edit: Last time we broke the top 20 in USCHO poll was November 9th, 2009 at 17.

I will say, I find it funny that teams we are currently beating in HE are ahead in the polls (what a weird year). Also, 8 of the 10 HE teams received votes.

Edit: Okay, so we're not technically beating Umass, but we do have a game in hand.

How about just teams we own the season series against?

Here's a guy that's new to uscho :p

Just makes me happy I'm not the new guy that has to be told to not post too much anymore.

...that was a poorly formed sentence, I'll start posting less immediately.
