Where to begin. Tonight's game wasn't even close. From the moment the puck dropped, the Crimson dominated BC. If you guys were hoping that this would be your turnaround game, well, start packing up the bus because your season is over. Offense, defense, special teams, Harvard had it all over BC. I think you guys would have trouble beating Union in our league. Seriously, I couldn't believe how many times our forwards blew by your D or walked out in front from the corner untouched. And we don't have that much talent up front after losing a bulk of our scoring from last season due to graduation.
Thunstrom can skate like the wind and she obviously has talent. But she didn't do much with or without the puck. Part of that was due to Harvard's game plan, most of it was due to lack of support from your other forwards.
If it sounds like I'm gloating, I am. This was payback for the past two Beanpots. I'm not sure what your coach had in mind in terms of a game plan. Play for OT? Yeah, that's a good strategy. May have worked in the past but not tonight.
