So any of your guys like break a leg... spread measles throughout the team or in general do anything that may give the "forgot how to play hockey" Catamounts a chance this weekend?

What a waste of time going to that game was. Just an awful game. I'll have more thoughts when I get home but yeesh. Worst game for BC since the Harvard debacle in Nov. And three straight games where the offense disappeared for long stretches. ***?

Can't argue with that Joe. Vermont kicked our arse.

We had one line that came to play tonight. One line that Vermont struggled with. One line that produced scoring chances. 12-14-24. That line never saw the ice in overtime. W_T_F_ is up with that????? Was the plan to play them for just one shift in OT, or play them the last 3 minutes of OT? They worked their arse off to get the tie with :09 to go, and then throw it away by not putting the best team on the ice? I'm not buying they were exhausted from the end of game flurry. Give them a short first shift so you can get them on the ice for 2 more good shifts to end it. W_T_F???? I'm frickin' pizzed!!! :mad:

Students afraid to venture out in cold weather tonight?

What in the hell was vermont's complaint on tuch's goal? Frustrating to lose after a goal like that but can't say BC deserved better. Not much punch most of the night. Would like to see who lost their man on game winner.

If you're gonna play doherty at forward with mcmullen stapled to bench, why not dress jeke instead?

Also, is it time to bump calnan up into top 6 in place of straight? see if his goal total translates with better players.

yknow, even when there are fewer there than usual, there's actually more students in attendance than there were, say, circa 2007. it's just that they stand there the entire game and make zero noise. the little kids up in the balcony create more atmosphere. 'tis what it is.

No idea. I sure hope Jeke is hurt. Otherwise this is completely nonsensical. It's bad enough moving Doherty off the blue line IMO. He's been BC's most consistent d-man all year both in terms of being responsible defensively and creating offense from the point.

Not the worst idea. I don't mind trying to balance things a little bit by playing Calnan down, but I would like to see all new lines tomorrow as this team needs a spark. After a series of great games, culminating in that great win over Providence, the last three games have been weak aside from the first period against Mack.

Didn't realize uvm has top PP in league but BC penalty kill was in fact terrible. Not pressuring the points like i'm used to seeing.

The prosperity of 6 goals was too much for them to handle, had to make it interesting!

The bump in time caused me to miss this one although i may have been able to catch the 3rd period. Didn't want to take that chance. Roads were terrible anyway on my way home from The Cottage. Plan was to go there and then 7 pm game after.

Same here, did not think that there would be a time change and missed the game. I was surprised when the doors were locked at 7PM when I arrived at Conte. Then a lady told me they played at 4 PM and won.

Friday's game was too brutal to watch and was not around for the OT goal. They were not getting any pucks on net and UVM was always having 3 men back in the middle of the ice to frustrate BC's offense. 11 shots on net after 2 periods will not win many games. From game to game they can be so inconsistent, play well one game and then a stinker the next.

Too many things can realistically happen throughout league but beat uml and at least split with nd and i think they will be where they wanna be
