Congrats BC. Best team in the country, best program in the country, best coach in college hockey history.

I think if it wasn't for that fluky game last season you would have gotten the three peat this year. You're that good. It's BC and everyone else!

Last year's team was certainly more talented than this year's team. This year's team was just a better "team" than that one.

Just an unbelievable run. Thank you Jerry York. Thank you Seniors. This is so fun.

Agreed, they were clearly the best team in the country for the entire 2nd half of the season. I'm happy they gave the 'Dogs their chance last season, because no one had a chance this season :)

Awesome team effort to close out the season. Unreal, really. What members of the Jr. class go pro? The upper class has really nothing else to prove. Great hockey team, loved to see them play this year. You BC fans are so lucky to have such a great program. Enjoy this Eagles! Congrad's for sure.

I totally agree with you SerenFSU, that was pure class. What a great job FSU did as well. Glad York took the time to give em props. Best of luck next year to you guys!

He didn't have any points tonight, but I thought Destry Straight was making great plays all over the place and easily could have had a couple goals. I am really looking forward to seeing him play next year and I can see why he was so highly touted coming in.

It's such a privilege to be a BC fan. I go to a few games every season, and I really think BC hockey is the best sports ticket in town. Love the B's and all (a lot), but $5 and $10 per ticket to see the best team in college hockey...that's unbelievable. The BC program is all class from Jerry York on down, and I'm proud to be the husband of a BC alumna. I love those games on the Heights. Congratulations to the coaches, players and staff for an incredible season. I can't wait for next season.

And thank you so much for taking home the title. Sterlippo was going jump off the hotel roof if we'd lost. He's a good guy and a great BC fan, so he would have been sorely missed. ;)

Ferris St. gave us all we could handle. Kudos to Ferris for a hard fought battle.

Also... Parker Milner was Frozen Four MVP! I'd take it a step further and say he's been the team MVP since January 27th. 19-0-0 in that run. Absolutely incredible job Parker Milner. Congratulations. :)

Thank You Tommy Cross, Paul Carey, Edwin Shea, Barry Almeida, Tommy Atkinson and Chris Venti. What can you say, these 6 may not be the most talented, the best or the most successful NHL group BC has ever produced. But the teams they were on just freakin won. 22-2 all-time for this 6 in the postseason. That is ridiculous.

Thanks for the fantastic memories and being a part of 2 championship teams. It was a fantastic ride.

Capping an 19 game winning streak with an NCAA national championship...what a way end a season! Congrats to the Boston College Eagles from a stone cold Gopher fan. Here's a nice pic of Jerry York and boys enjoying the afterglow:
