I think it's interesting that BC is the only HE "Big Four" team with a winning record right now.

BC players earned both Hockey East Rookies of the Week awards - Pat Mullane and Blake Bolden

Hopefully BC will get a W against Clarkson. Historically they have owned BC in this rivalry.

BC will dominate Clarkson this Friday evening at Conte!:)

Here's a great tidbit for those of us who won't forget Michigan's contribution to BC's 97-98 season.
"Michigan is unranked for the first time since Nov. 24, 1997"

I believe Clarkson's last loss to BC was in 1991, we are on a 10-0 run, that being said we are struggling, to say the least, this year. Looking forward to my first visit to BC on Friday. Which bars should we check out before the game?

Go to Roggie's or Citysides (or both) in Cleveland Circle before the game. Or if you want to go a bit further out on the C Line, Coolidge Corner Clubhouse is a great sports place and was always a favorite of mine.

Zud, hard to believe that Minnesota, Maine, UNH, and Michigan are not ranked at this point in time. Crazy.

Interesting results last night. UMass smoked UVM (I guess we better put that national title parade in Burlington on hold). PC beats UML (PC has beaten UMA and UML - HE's top two teams). Interesting!

Also, Roggies, for sure. Never been to Cityside but I've heard great things, and they have more flatscreen TVs than I've ever seen in my life.

Stay away from Maryann's.

We have tickets, purchased through Clarkson. A fellow alum purchased the tickets so I would assume the visitors sections.
Zudnic, thanks for the link, very helpful and thanks to all for the tips on bars. Will check out Roggies, if you are there, say hello. I will be the non Celtic fan wearing green ;)

Muse let in a bunch of softies. I was not happy with that. We completely owned the game though, it wasn't even as close as that 6-3 score (at one point) indicated.

Also, considering the fact that Clarkson had been 10-0 against us since the 90's, I'll take it.

BC completely DOMINATED this game.
Clarkson dominated Muse upstairs (all but one were softies), and one wrap around that was very, very soft. That's it in a nut shell.

Great game to watch though. This team gets better with each game. Could have put up 9 goals tonight with a little puck luck. Almeida missed on 2 clean breakaways. If we get some consistent goaltending, the sky is the limit.

Anyone else see that first BC goal. I thought it was Hayes goal. Looked like the puck changed direction twice... Whitney to Atkinson (deflect) to Hayes (deflect). Maybe I was seeing things.

It went in off of a defenseman's skate, right beside Hayes.
