goal scoring wasn't the issue this weekend. It was goals allowed that was the problem, and most of it had nothing to do with the goalies. Better team D would help. And in the D corp, we sometimes have guys trying to make plays when it would best to just flip the puck out of the zone.

Bump............BC hockey should never be on the second page of this forum. We are not dead yet. EA posts have some new lines again for tomorrow as Jerry is still tinkering. Does Milner get another shot? i do believe he does. The Kid has not posted the goalie yet

How far has the UNH "rivalry" fallen, no weekend series thread, BC thread on 2nd page...

I have to think Milner gets a shot this weekend.

Sold out crowd Friday night (and has been that way for weeks apparently), seems like forever since there's been a Friday night home game.

yeah, the last one was the BU game 12/2 and look what's happened to those two teams since that game although we have been sliding since the first UMass game on 11/5. We've been a below average team for almost twice as many games as were a good team. Is it water seeking it's own level or will the staff and players do what we have been accustomed to seeing ?

Don't forget - BC wants you to wear "gold" for the game which is televised. Assume they are looking for super fan yellow not hockey sweater beige.

BC landed a very nice high end D today. Will be coming in with class of 2015. Really loading up on the D side going forward....

From USHR: Defenseman Casey Fitzgerald (Malden Catholic) has committed to Boston College for the fall of ’15 or ’16.

Nice to see it is officially unofficial (verbal). He was rumored to be a BC verbal way back when Hanifin had verballed, though. At least he is a righthanded D!
