Yup. The vibe I got from many near me with season tickets & those on EA is that many aren't going even before playoff scheduling.

Was nice once but I'll pass this time.

I'm going. Took my daughter last year. Taking my son this year. Better seats this year too. Sat down low before. Lesson learned. This time sitting at pavilion level hoping it's not too cold.

I'll be glad to watch from home. Watching the Winter Classic now and getting a much better view of the game than in a baseball venue.

Something has to give, either they play better defense or score more goals to make up for the defensive lapses and quality chances they're giving to teams lately. They don't seem to have the firepower or goal scoring ability like last year when we had a much better offensive roster with Cam, J Hayes, Gibbons, etc.

Yea I noted that to Steve a few weeks back. It's pretty peculiar.

CF is a right-handed D I believe so when he makes it official it will be 1 RD anyway but he would be a long way away. Perhaps some of these guys are projected to not be around long enough to have them all in at the same time and then will be replaced with RDs when they need to be replaced.

BTW, I thought there were only 5 D coming in over the next two years. Is this a hint there is another one coming? NH is way down the track, no?

The 2001 National Championship team has all six defensemen left shots-- Bobby Allen, Rob Scuderi, Brooks Orpik, Brett Peterson, J.D. Forrest and Bill Cass.

Michael Matheson's rights were just traded to Moncton in the 'Q'. While I don't think Matheson is going anywhere, Moncton is one of the wealthier franchises in the league in an English-speaking town/province. No doubt there will be a big push for him. Worth keeping an eye on....

Why not just buy at the door? There's usually tickets available or someone usually wants to dump a ticket.
