Boston College 2024-25 TV * JG * MG

We go over this every year it seems….. but it has been on nesn wanting the best game possible for tv in the prime time slot.
It’s been bc or bu both playing the late game despite being the higher seed the past couple years.
Gonna guess bu-Maine would be a better pull than bc-pc as an example.
Also bc-uma would be better than umo-UConn, so that would be the prime time candidate💁🏾

I was under the impression that the highest seed always gets the early game; that was how they displayed the bracket during Wednesday's games on NESN.

Who is "UMO?"

My guess if BC wins tomorrow is UConn or UMass if UMass wins tomorrow since UMass becomes the lowest seed

I favor Maine since it’s a home game against UML but you never know sometimes

This is likely to be a 1 goal game, it is the playoffs and the 4 games played so far are 1 goal games and two went to OT. If NU loses the season is over, put the sticks away. I think this will be a battle right to the end.

You might well be right if Whitehead brings his A-game. But BC's superior depth can't be denied. But it's playoff time. Strange things happen.

Carmine: You've been around long enough to know that the Dogpound is associated with some nondescript entity along middle Comm. Ave. The Doghouse is associated with an esteemed institution on Huntington Ave. that has won several Beanpots since BC last touched it. Woof!
You guys at NU take the bait EVERY single time.

Post season, defense wins most of the games. BC is a better defensive team this year than last but that top line for NU is very skilled and experienced. BU will have their hands full this afternoon as well.
