Boston College 2011-2012 season outlook

Re: Boston College 2011-2012 season outlook

Very off topic. I had an interview and hockey came up. The manager mentioned one of the folks in the program had a kid who was playing college, and having followed BC, I was able to correctly say where Dumoulin's kid was playing. Got bonus points for that maybe because I got the job :D

Thanks BC!

so just some food for thought. What does everyone think will be our most difficult out of conference opponent this year? or which OOC game will be the "Best" game they would most like to see? It is finals week here at BC but I need some sort of distraction!

the beanpot?

the beanpot?

I guess I should say other than the beanpot. We got some good matchups. Denver and Yale seem to be the most interesting, but we are also gonna be playing some tournament games out west.

the Tanenbaum Community Hebrew Academy of Toronto to BC pipeline has to start sometime!

Re: Boston College 2011-2012 season outlook

Interesting. Can't see BC recruiting this kid to come in this fall, though. 15 forwards already planning on being on the roster this year and the pushy dad thing is some baggage that York is probably getting tired of. Would have been interesting if the timing lined up better and the decommit from Princeton happened around the time Saponari got the no-no from admissions.

Hebrew Academy? Sounds like he'd be perfect for BU. :p Like BC, though, BU already has 15 forwards slated to be on next year's roster. (Insert joke about Parker booting someone from the team here)

Kid sounded awfull arrogant...

Forward numbers for next fall might be going lower by 1

Re: Boston College 2011-2012 season outlook

Kreider already said he was coming back. Of course, he's allowed to change his mind. I certainly don't think Kevin Hayes is ready, but who knows.

Kreider said again in an interview at the World Championship that he's staying another year.

hmmm, hokydad is on to something it seems................ but if we eliminate Kreider, who the heck on this team is ready to leave? I mean i like K Hayes but he played a good 7-8 games at the end of the year, that's it. it's gotta be someone else, Carey maybe?
