What was the Eddie Izzard saying? 75% of how you look, 20% of how you say it, and 5% of what you say?

It's hilarious watching the networks hem and haw back and forth on what was said and basically most of America is "a fly landed on Mike Pence's head, he's full of s-".

CNN is trying to avoid the fly for now. Santorum is carrying water tonight he didn't after the Presidential Debate.
