Beanpot LXV - Does Anything Else Even Matter?

seriously though.. having watched Harvard this season, .. Huskies got their work cut out. When they (HU), get going, pretty much do everything well.

we bought most of Harvard's tickets last year if you recall, we talked about it here or EA

I didn't mean to pick a fight , sorry you took it that way but at least it got some good bickering going on :-). We are here to have fun and bust each other's balls at times. I was speaking of the first night so i should have clarified. When your school is in the final, its a given there are lots of people there (except H)

Yawn. This thing is getting tired. I'm a BU guy through and through, but even in starting to hope that NU or Harvard wins one of these things.

bu's band plays the same ole stuff over and over. Mookie will take bc's band any day of the week. They aren't afraid to try new songs. God love 'em

There has never been a Harvard - Northeastern final. And there won't be one this year, either.
Two out of every three years it is a possibility. Has never happened.

BU and BC have won more national championships than Northeastern has won Beanpots. And Harvard brings no fans, unless they are in the final. Then they bring double-figures.

BU's band has newer songs. You apparently haven't been to many games this season. You think BC's band plays new songs at every game? Do you go to every one of their games to know this?

bu is trying. there are some changes this year. mookie has complimented them on tweetmachine too (though they still have yet to play 'help yourself' :) )

every time mookie hears bc's band they are playing new stuff.

Was there some blizzard that happened back in the late 1970s during the Beanpot? 1978 or something? Really looking forward to the media digging a bit on this story and enlightening us on this for the first time so we'll really know what happened.

Hey did you know that Northeastern was the Beanpot team of the 80's?

That is sad. For such a storied tournament, there has not been much variety in the outcome. All those years you could have just held a BU-BC Mayor's Cup game, and kept dozens of Harvard fans from braving the transit system in foul weather. Maybe this year it'll be different.
