I like them... I also like the new UA uniforms too (better than the normal uni for the past few years IMO).

Its still funny that the throwbacks look like baby poo color though. :D

I think BC's throwbacks are great (but the names are still a bit small), but the regular BC uniform is just ok now. I think that their previous design was much better, with the major issue being the waist striping not completely wrapping around the front. Vertical striping on the arms is just meh too. Should've kept the old design. Using the BC font for the names was also better.

Instead of coin flips, why not make it whoever won the last matchup gets to be the home team. At least that way it is earned. I hate the randomness of coin flips.

So Harvard and BC would've been the home teams last week. Next week it would be NU (beat Harvard in 2011) and BC (beat BU in 2011). Next year's first round it would be BU (beat NU in 2010) and BC (beat Harvard in 2010), etc.

The waist striping not going completely around is just odd. It looks like they're wearing a codpiece.

How can anyone like those chcc throw ups, I mean throw backs? They look like urine. At least the regular jerseys look decent.

Not sure why you quoted me. I was talking about the regular BC jersey. I think JD is your man to quote and mock (for liking the baby poo jerseys.)

If they are going to do throwbacks, how about the white ones with the big eagle on the front that they wore in the 80's? Those were nice.

Its funny... and this is all just opinion... but the italics were the main thing I disliked about the old unis for BC! No right or wrong here obviously.

As far as uniforms my favorites in the league are BU's alternates (obviously maybe biased there) and Merrimacks Home jerseys.

Maine's are decent. By far, my favorite non-bu jersey is Vermont's third jersey with the circular logo in the canter. That's fantastic.

I liked MC's home ones before they put their current logo on it, and had the old school interlocking MC on it. The current on just looks out of place, as a new-style logo on a throwback style sweater. Maine's are still #1 to me in HE, with the scarlet BU alternates a close number 2. I still can't figure out the doghead logo on NU's black alternate, hard to tell what part is his mouth, and what is not, too jumbled. That, and they have 1,000 different jerseys.

you could put me in a room with those 1000 different ones and i couldn't pick out the new ones (and i saw them monday! :p). too much, too soon! :D they are like a chick who goes out every night. can't wear the same outfit twice.

It seems like they've toned it down a bit lately, at least with the logo changes. They got rid of that ridiculous dog through the N thing, the upside down triangle and left side dog head, the front facing devil dog head thing, and thankfully the idiotic dog jumping over poor silhouette of skyline logo, and stuck with the vintage dog head and the split N. But really, STOP CHANGING! Or at least if you're going to do it, go like Oregon and make them interesting! Even though the Ducks jerseys are often ridiculous themselves, at least they're innovative and new designs. NU just keeps rotating old boring designs. It's like being on a quest to find out how many different ways you can make vanilla ice cream.

the dog running in circles?
the dog sniffin' another dogs butt?
the dog on huntington wizzing on a hydrant? (ok, that one i liked..but they changed out of it after like three games)
the spoof on underdog?
the dog hiding his head under the couch while his rump stuck out? (like, 'hey, dog! we still see you!')
the dog herding sheep?

just silly..
and the colors?!?!?

black on black
black on white
white on red
red on black
white on white...

just need red on red and we've covered them all...

I bet most of the Newton College students will be in t-shirts and most of the BU students will be in jerseys.

You're right. It's such a shame that BU fans will look so good while Chestnut Hill University fans will be prancing around in pissed-on shirts.
