Okay, you're right. He's been reduced to worshiping the Great Old Ones but he has a bad accent.

True but I don't hold it against him, its a tough language, I struggle with it myself though its my milk tongue.

Does TTT not have his own language on this board ?. And do not worry many others on here are not able to follow it. !!

Talking about language..been away for a while...We use to have a poster, a staunch Big Green supporter, with a unique language skill...papulaise or something...Is he still around ?.

The top four seeds all advanced (told you so), which sets up a tournament that should, on paper, have the most high-end collection of talent in history.
Ah -- no. There are five former Olympians in the two games, but that doesn't compare that well to some past years, like 2003 or 2005. There is a lot of balance on the rosters, but not the top-end talent of some past events, IMO.

Well here's a question for you to ponder... I don't know the answer -- are the best players now better than the best players 10-15 years ago?

No, not in my opinion. The 2nd lines are a little better and the third lines are considerably better, and the fourth lines are much, much better. But the elite players were elite back then as well.

Other than the odd exception, I think the skill of the top end players today is also better than that of 15 years ago, not by leaps or bounds but improved for sure. The level and in-depth training has most of these athletes much more conditioned and fine tuned. 15 years ago the top end players were on average facing lesser competition, and as a result had more time and space to do their thing. Give a top player a little more time and space, and watch out. With the narrowing of the gap in skill level, it is much harder to be a single force like you saw 15 years ago. JMO.
