Emphasis upon the word "should". Remember that the district attroney is the one prosecuting a government employee, effectively itself, meaning there is an obvious conflict of interest, and a conviction will not happen.

It will happen if they need a fall guy.

In a police state, the police are victims too. They are just as disposable as the public to the puppeteers.

Same for the kid he repeatedly shot to death.

Thankfully for Wilson they decided they didn't have enough evidence to do anything but they did gather enough in a separate investigation to find "rampant evidence" of racism within the police force.

Did you see that joke that was going around the police department back in 2008 after the election? They didn't have to worry about President Obama serving a full term because no black man can hold a job for four years. Racism is so hilarious.

And if Darren Wilson was a racist, he is still allowed to defend himself against someone who had just tried to take his gun...

Of course, that kid who tried to take his gun by reaching his giant strong body through a car window, all the way across Wilson was just so massive that the officer felt like a five year old against Hulk Hogan. All he could do was stand his ground.

You and your "brotherhood" will always believe that you are above the law and can do no wrong. Sure, people might be talking about this one incident because of skin colour, but there are plenty of other incidents.
