ATTN: gawd awful hockey east teams--yes that is you uconn, maine, uhn, and NOTRE DAME

With big week coming up for HEA OOC games, looks like HEA teams have gone 2-1-0 since UNH 4-1 win over LIU on November 9th.

49-21-2 overall this year

teams still in hockey East of this thread title are combined 15-2

three worst teams in terms of ooc losses are Vermont, Merrimack, and BU where they account for over half the losses at 12

mookie your terriers suck

Thanks to the UVM Catamounts sweeping the Union Garnet Chargers, HEA teams were 2-0-1 in OOC games this weekend (UNH tied Dartmouth 3-3 in Hanover).

At 5-4-0, not a great weekend for HEA in OOC games, although still six HEA teams would qualify for NCAA’s if based on tonight’s PWR. Most mysterious is HEA bottom dweller UNH ranked 14th in PWR.

Been out of the game for while as far as rules changes the past few years. Is hosting and getting a guaranteed spot in the host region still a thing? Because while it's early, this UNH thing could cause big problems again with BC looking quite likely to be the top seed from the east (if not overall). This really needs to be fixed.

Ha, ha, would be ironic if BC gets sent to Allentown should UNH get a tier four bid, but that would require UNH to win a few HEA games between now and season’s end.

Speaking of HEA OOC games, our HEA teams went 11-2-0 the weekend of January 4-5, 2025, not too shabby.
