Remember, he’s the one who told us that only he knew Biden/Democrats in Congress could pass a coronavirus relief bill and maybe a small-fry piece or two of legislation, despite our trifecta. Nevermind that the discussion here for weeks prior to his silly proclamation had been what to prioritize through budget reconciliation, which we know precludes the vast majority of our liberal wishlist from being enacted into law.

You know what's really curious about gun laws?
It's the lack of them compared to voting laws.
Especially when the "reason" for gun laws is to over turn an unjust government.
We have a regular, periodic system to change our government via voting. And instead of making sure everyone has the right and ability to vote at every single election, we have restrictions- you have to register to vote, most states make you have an ID to prove who you are, most states eliminate people from their voting lists, there are limited number of places to vote, the speed of the vote is regulated by the number of booths, we've even had to ADD Constitutional Amendments to make sure everyone gets the right to vote.
This is the legal and regularly periodic way to change government and policy.
The "forceful" way of changing government has laws to at least restrict fully automatic weapons, and some kind of proof that you are not a convict to get a gun. But there's no registration of guns like for votes. The limit on ID to get a gun is tenuous, guns are regularly purged from the system, there's no tracking of who has guns.
And we can't forget that the ONE purpose of a guns is to kill something. That's it. The extra stuff is just fluff (target shooting etc).
So we have an instruments that's only goal is to kill and there are few restrictions and we have a method to change our government by the people that has a lot of restrictions.
Let alone the people who are fighting for more voting restrictions are the same people demanding less gun restrictions.

It took me a long time but you guys were right. Hovey is another in a long line of posters I gave the benefit of the doubt to for a decade, but he's just another dittohead. I guess it should not come as a surprise that as the GOP galloped towards white supremacy and fascism every decent and/or intelligent conservative abandoned the Right and joined us in fighting them.
The people who remain are what their record says they are.
