Why is the thread embarrassing? I am less surpsised at the BC homers and more surprised that there are no Badger people firng back. Why is it so unheard of to have fan arguments in a womens hockey thread? Its a serious question. If this was a mens game whats being said would be considered bland and tame, yet b/c its a womens game its "embarrassing"? What gives?

Bottom line: Bucky has Duggan, Eags do not. Wisconsin rolls.

You must not read the WCHA men's threads. Every Rodent/UND/UW thread is like this, it's kind of fun. I am impressed with the civility of the women's posters, except of course for t320.

Let's go RED (UW and Cornell)!
 
I'm fine with the thread, good to have some spirit. I wouldn't like every thread to be like this.

I think to win BC needs 2 goals from Stack and 1 from someone else, and needs Schaus to hold Wisconsin to 2 goals. I see both as 50/50 props, so 25% chance of a BC win.

I can see BC getting 3 goals or even 4. Holding UW to 2 will be the harder part. If the Badgers play 60 good minutes, which they haven't really done lately, then they'll get more than 2.

In JUST two hours this will all begin to be sorted out. Can't wait for the games to begin!!

I just checked in on the DIII semi-final also on NCAA.com (Norwich 1, Gustavus 0 late in the first).

The video and audio are both excellent. If the same is true for DI than I will withdraw all objections.

Norwich just scored again, 2-0, under two minutes to go in the first.

I do hate them but you have to give BC some props when both hockey teams, men and women's are playing on the national stage at the same time! With 6 minutes to go in the first, BC is overwhelmed....Schaus has no help as the first goal showed.....Wisco IS something else......
