Didn't really know who he was before this week, but I'm a far bigger fan of Pickering who has practically dared Issa to hold a public hearing for him to testify in, something that your pal has wimped out on thus far. I think that says all we need to know about what kind of man Issa is, although maybe you shouldn't have expected differently out of a 'torch'.

If we're going to adopt practices...we adopt them across the board. If we have specific suspicions...then we pursue them. Unlike overseas extremist countries, the US by and large does not practice discrimination.

Oh come on! They have been able to discriminate against Native Americans, blacks, women, the Irish, Jews, Orientals, eastern Europeans, Latinos and gays over the years. If we make them stop discriminating against the ragheads who is left?
