2026 Elections: To the Midterms and Beyond!

The money will pour in for R.

Not every state has runoff. But you would think if the margin is within 0.1% that would trigger at least recount.
True - but as we saw elsewhere tonight money doesn't necessarily translate to voter enthusiasm, especially if the candidate isn't that well-liked to begin with.

Peltola up by 7500 votes which feels like 1M after MS.
More importantly she’s above 50% which would mean the RCV wouldn’t come into play.

Democrat leading the Governor race and Independent Bill Hill is leading the House race. All above 50% too.

AFAIK the results from Alaska do not include the early voting yet.

Edit: Also missing ballots from the rural districts, which are, unsurprisingly, Democratic leaning.

maine 2nd district, too close to call but dunlap is in the lead over trumper lepage

Now Lepage up by 100 votes, must be counting rural areas as Lepage predicted to win
Dunlap back in lead by 700 votes, 85% in

Collins losing, Ramalamadingdong losing , Hotwheels losing and Miss Lindseys sister shitting the bed all make me chuckle.

I wish I had saved all the flyers that came in the mail as I wonder how big a box it would have taken to hold them all. I guess the Post Office needed some money and they got it.

I can't wait to see how much money was spent on Maines Senate race.

Big question will schummer get pushed out and will Epstein files finally get out. I doubt either one happens and its the same old story

Saw a funny post on Instagram this morning about Kansas and how them hosting some World Cup games and partying with Algerians changed their worldview. I know it was posted as a fun thing but I would like to think it had something to do with it.

Glad El-Sayed won. Happy Susan Collin’s won’t be concerned anymore. What do you guys think was the biggest and/or most surprising victory?

SC Senate unless MS Dem holds on in that Senate race.

Most surprising has to be SC or Kansas, barring the Mississippi guy holding on.

Texas going full blue is the biggest.
