2026 Elections: To the Midterms and Beyond!

Maher went full "I am going to vote Republican" because of the socialists. I guess this is just normal. Democrats internal concerns for their extreme flanks is destructive, while the extremists get to run the other party and not only doesn't anyone care, they vote them into power over and over again.

Some new MI polls published today. None are from high quality pollsters, in fact I'd say they're all ones that could normally be ignored, but they're in line with the Emerson poll, and they're from all different parts of the spectrum.

Zenith Research, a progressive PAC backed poll has El-Sayed +19
Socal Strategies, a GOP backed poll has El-Sayed +17
Mitchell Research, a commonly poor right-leaning poll, has El-Sayed +14

The Emerson poll from earlier this week at +15.

Really, since McMorrow dropped out, the only poll in Stevens' favor is the Glengariff/DetNews that was one of the first to come out post-two horse race. That had Stevens +7.

Hard to compare polls, especially ones done so early in primary season, but in April Emeron had a poll that was AES 27, McMorrow 27 and Stevens 13. Still a lot of Don't Know at 36, but if you compare Emerson to Emerson, it really seems like McMorrow's support split evenly between El-Sayed and Stevens rather than going all to the moderate.

Holy shit. That is the hook coming from off stage to yank him. WOW!

Could he just have been ended by those pencil neck Randian douchebags?
One thing is for sure, there's not much enthusiasm for Vivek outside of the state GOP org. I chalk that up to disaffected average white men who (right or left) seem to buy anything that isn't politics as usual since 1980, which actually makes them a rather dangerous group when the majority fall for the racist canard of the GQP as in 2024. Zoomers also seem to be more willing to buy the race BS.

Still, Vivek should know better than to speak as he did. He is a Millennial and he thinks the Millennials are doing well? Lmao.

He's in the 1-2% doing very well, I'm in the 20% or so doing pretty well (for now), and everyone else in our generation is basically a serf - in a mountain of debt with no home or land ownership unless they were fortunate enough to scrape together the money to buy something cheap back in 2009-2012.

It's the same 1% across all age demographics. I know plenty of baby boomers who are scraping by on Social Security....

I am sure what hit the nerve in the crowd was the fact that as a 1%er he is utterly clueless about the 99%. But that crowd? The guys who want this world and think it equals freedom and ethics? My god, if you've lost them...
