Sure it will. The 11th Circuit already is fed up with her they will reverse it and likely throw her off the case.
It won't much matter because Trump will appeal to the SC and they won't hear it until next year when either he will be elected and throw it out or there will be less fire towards prosecuting him because he lost again and people will want the Dems to move on. She did just enough to make sure he will never be held accountable for this. (just like the SC did with Immunity)
The good news is this will get the Dem voters outraged even more than before. And any chance the fat phuck had of acting pious long term just dropped to about .001%. Trump's Summer of Retribution is coming! I am sure that will be super popular with people who don't wear Trump hats and shirts!
Edit: Andrew Weissmann suggests Smith let the DOJ refile the case making the ruling in Smith irrelevant. He has actually been saying this since the challenge happened.

This is such BS. The AG appointed a Special Counsel to ensure that extra care was taken and extra resources devoted to make absolutely sure every i was dotted and every t was crossed and that everything was absolutely by the book.....and the Judge threw out the case because of it.
The charges should absolutely be re-filed by the run-of-the-mill DOJ.

Neither of them are qualified to be POTUS. Also, Vance was Never Trump, and has since flipped and is now a full-fledged MAGAt. All in all, a perfect choice.

The lips have been tight, but JD Vance seems to be the new frontrunner.

Its always been a little dubious that a VP candidate does much or anything to help the person at the top, but in trump's case that is 100% true. It doesn't matter if trump named ME to his ticket because even though I am on record as wishing a 20 year old loser incel had better aim, if he were to anoint me his MAGAt cultists would suddenly love me. I would be redeemed in their eyes.
Frankly I wish he'd choose the craziest mother f uc ker out there. MTG, Lake or Boebert would be perfect in my eyes. Or better yet, the My Pillow a ss wipe.

12th Amendment says electors have to vote for at least one person on the ticket who is not from their own state. In a close race, the Florida electoral voters are likely to matter. They'd obviously still vote for Trump, but they could not then vote for Rubio for VP. If Rubio doesn't get a majority without Florida, it'd go to the Senate to pick between the two highest vote getters. If Dems maintain the Senate, they could make Kamala the VP.
