Who was unable to vote?

I don’t know them by name but in Maine you would have had hundreds of thousands of people unable to vote for their preferred candidate. I think the best part of the decision was it being unanimous. We all need to do our bit for democracy.

So no one had their ability to vote in all of the races impacted? So voting rights were not impacted?

Also, I would like to vote for my dog. She is my preferred candidate. Am I being oppressed because I cannot vote for her? Or have rules always existed on who can run for what?

Get her on the ballot. She would likely be better than the other candidates.

Hey Drew, who was unable to vote?

People being ABLE to vote was not what this case was about, and you well know that. People being able to vote for WHOM they wanted to was the issue, but you also know that as well. Now there are NINE supreme court jurists who also believe that a State cant decide this, only Congress can. I guess in this case, you cant spell MAGA without Sotomayor and Jackson.

Probably not the only thing that you would like to do with your dog, but she would be one B!%*# of a candidate.

You ever hear of 'write-in'?

I wanna vote for my hawt 22 year old neighbor for president. But I can't.

Am I being denied my right to vote?

Why don’t you get off your *** and get her on the ballot?

You DO understand there are requirements one must meet to be eligible to run for office? You do know this?

Like, not engaging in insurrection against the US is one of them.

Until the original intent and respect for precedent Supreme Court said "nuh-uh". Which you're thrilled about. Despite "not being a Trump supporter"

But, on the bright side, we won't have to listen to MAGA scum like Texas threatening to bar Biden from the ballot anymore. Wait, who am I kidding. Of course we'll still hear that.

Yeah, dipshiite, I see you understand it so well. Please enlighten us. Start with the fact that NO ONE, NOT A SINGLE PERSON, has been charged with Insurrection. Legal scholars of all stripes seem to agree that if you aren't CHARGED with the specific crime of Insurrection, then you can't be CONVICTED of it. And then sum it all up on how the top 9 jurists voted 9-0 not to agree with you.

YOU DO KNOW THIS?

PS: After you are done with that cupcake, then you can regale us with your fascinating take on write-in names being the path to true democracy.

Chose the republican ballot and filled in the bubble for Haley.

also figured out who were the non maga types for republican committee.

Has No Preference always been a choice on a primary ballot?

I spaced on Early Voting this year but managed to get to my polling place at 7:30pm. Yay me!
