60-39 for Cheeto man in South Carolina.

That is embarrassing...and not just cause it is her home state.

Exit polling via Faux (lol) says 59% of Haley voters won't vote for Trump.

He is winning big but overall his numbers seem very soft.

Edit: here is some of what im talking about.

CNN exit polls in South Carolina primary:
White evangelical Christians:
75% Trump
24% Haley

Everyone else:
51% Haley
49% Trump

It's an open primary state when the Democrats didn't really have one. It really wasn't that close

I don't think many Dems voted to fudge the results...usually there is SM calls for that is it happens.

This matches up pretty good with polling leading up to it...including how off polling was. Most i saw showed him polling 2-1 over her the last couple weeks. And it seems polls tend to be about 5-7 points off in his favor.

I think the numbers are mostly legit.

And that's why Haley is holding on.

In 2012 it was...
Iowa: Cruz 27, Trump 24, Rubio 23
NH: Trump 35, Kasich 15, Cruz 11, Rubio 10
SC: Trump 33, Rubio 22, Cruz 22
NV: Trump 45, Rubio 24, Cruz 21
Then Super Tuesday where Trump took seven states to Cruz's three and Rubio's one.

Now for 2024, we had a similar packed field for Iowa...
Trump 51, DeSantis 21, Haley 19, Vivek 8
But then it's tightened up once the chaff was cut away...
NH: Trump 54, Haley 43
NV: None of the above 63, Haley 30 (and honestly, with the whole Caucus/Primary hullabaloo this is way closer than it should be)
SC: Trump 60, Haley 40

It's Haley and Trump, and someone with some deep pockets and a wallet to burn is keeping her politically alive to keep poking a stick at Trump. Will Haley win? Probably not, but as an "incumbent," (or, more accurately, as a known entity) Trump doesn't have the pull to make her go away.

*edit* It's playing out like 2012 where Romney is the front runner once Super Tuesday shakes out but Ron Paul just won't go away until closer to the Convention.

IMO, Haley sticks around through Easter.

"My father had affairs too"

It's easy to understand this attitude from the average men who support Dump. They're exactly the kind of impulsive trash men who would sleep around on their SO if they had the opportunities and/or the money to get away with it like he did.

As for the women who have that sort of, "So what? Men gonna be men" take, sadly that's just what fringe right-wing Xtianity does to women. After 20 years of indoctrination they become bootlicking, self-hating dependents with zero self-esteem.

A picture of said Fringe Right Wing Booklicker, who fits your description.

Newsom is crushing it out there. He made Kristen Welker look foolish when he was on Meet the Press when her questions went Anti-Biden. The guy may be an egomaniac but he is definitely using his powers for good right now.

And nimrods in Cali of course are trying to recall him for like the 10000000000 time...cause reasons?

Today's the day we find out how much bite (if any) Rashida's primary protest has. Dems who support Biden should have no reason to crossover in this primary, so it's also a decent test of how much Trump needs to worry about winning over Haley voters.
