2023 - 2024 SEASON : Boston College

Harvard will be their 3rd OOC home game on January 14 not in the usual Thanksgiving weekend slot. So, with AIC and Western Michigan coming in that leaves 1 more OOC game hopefully at home. Could it be Notre Dame?

Good memories of Voce…a fierce competitor, a very honored opponent, and probably the only player who did not back down from Prestin Ryan. R.I.P.

What are we thinking for recruits once we hit August? Any names to look out for?

Casey Mutryn -6’1 forward playing for USNDTP (U17) team this season. One of the top players in the country. His brother Teddy is already committed to BC. I assume Casey would be a layup to follow his brother to the Heights.. Defensemen will be needed if Minnetian and/or Fortescue were to depart to NHL in 2025.. Tough situation for Brown as he probably does not know for sure who is leaving early..

Interesting USCHO has Leddy on BC roster while CHN doesn't. As far as I know Leddy transferred to the Q.

I guess Dean Letourneau is next year while we get a PC transfer Berard

Freshmen include Mike Hagens D, Will Skehan D, FORWARDS Matt Frost, James Hagens, Landon Resendes, Jake Sondreal, Ted Stiga

Be careful with those rosters. BC has not released the official roster. Eamon Powell is not listed on either and as far as I know he is coming back.

Things I've seen indicate Letourneau and Berard here this year, Resendes next year. Time will tell.

Letourneau specifically stated at the draft multiple times that he will be at BC in the fall. It seems that Will Smith signing opened up the spot for him to come this year.

Season ticket sales are near a sellout.

Go Eagles!

Interesting to note that there are still a few sets of 3 in the lower bowl left. You must buy one or three to get those though. If you want those seats it would be advantageous to buy 3 even if you only need two. Also, about a dozen singles left there too.

Johnny and (I think) Matthew were originally Northeastern commits and folks like me have often wondered what might have been. But there's no denying Johnny's greatness both at BC and in the NHL. Sincere condolences from this NU fan to the BC hockey family over this unspeakable tragedy.
