Good. I know it's WAY early, but IMO, she's the best of the runners right now. I'd probably vote for her.

He would be more effective scrutinizing our candidates on his trademark issues and rewarding/scolding them as necessary.

She was. But, she was straight down the middle. She didn't have a single BOLD policy idea. Not a one. Everything was incrementalism. One of the many things that doomed Mrs. Clinton.

Not even close.

Clinton lost because of Trump/Russia/Wikileaks cooperation and Comey (prior to which she was +8%). Were you sleeping when 'straight down the middle' pragmatic Walz mopped the floor with Johnson? Klobuchar may not have what it takes to get her over the top...but having Bernie's policy platform would not help.

Having some kind of policy that appeals to people in the year 2019 rather than pretending that we're still in the 90's would indeed be helpful.

I agree and believe me would love to get major change done.

But we have to win the midwest or we will have a further move to the right.

Edit:

Scooby, several of those offered major policy changes. Gore brought bold environmental policy platforms. But which of those had any charisma? Answer: none.
