Just thought they looked good. Fast, great puck movement, that's all. Maybe 'well oiled machine' was a bit much. Just showing a little respect to a good hockey team.

I'm enjoying watching our team! Maybe this series was the best the Isbell/Knott line played all year? Those guys did some damage and looked really good.
 
Syracuse beating RIT 2-0 after the first period. They also lead in shots 15-2. Ouch, RIT should really consider going back to D3. That's their level of play. Or get a coach that can get the job done and has a good reputation in the game just like their men's coach. How many more years does the women's coach have in his contract?!

Yep, leading 2-1 late in the third they take another stupid penalty, this time for unsportsmenlike conduct and Quinny gets the tying goal. They take another penalty during the goal score which they kill. Then in OT, Quinny gets the puck, comes into the Clarkson zone and Samoskevich buries a rebound 25 seconds in for the win. Clarkson dominates the game once again and gives another away in the end.

Tough job when you consider no Scholarships, Limited recruiting budget, and no Ivy reputation.

The difference between Johnny and Jane is that 1000 Johnny's and their parents are still looking at getting to the NHL. While Jane's parents might be having the heart to heart that maybe it's time to give up on D1 hockey, if the only opportunity you have to play is going to cost us 40 to 60k a year for the next 4 years. Tough sell!!! Lot's of really good D3 players playing for 1/4 to 1/2 of that price of admission.

OSU 5 Bemidji 4. Muzerall coached the 3rd like the score was 7-0. The Buckeyes look like a very confused hockey team. Bemidji never let up and their continued hard work will pay off.

Congrats to the Crusaders on their first win at the D-I level. Aside from the blowout loss to New Hampshire, they've done better than expected. Last night, they held a lead twice and only trailed by one going into the third before a series of defensive breakdowns cost them. They took Dartmouth to OT in an exo, and get another shot at the Big Green next weekend. Hoping they can build on this and recruit well for next season, when they are in WHEA

Gopher women have been studying the men. Lead 3-0 and 4-1 late in the third and settle for a 4-3 win.

Two recruits coming in next season for HC are from the Detroit area and both can put the puck in the net. Very happy to see HC get that first D1 win too! I'm on record as rooting for both HC and Sacred Heart, who split with HC the prior weekend, to become competitive at the D1 level. It's just good for the game.

Coach Crowley is splitting up Watts and Lonergan tonight to see how that goes. Game is on ESPN3 if anyone's interested in watching.

It's worked pretty damn well so far, as both lines have 3 goals while on the ice. Third line with 1 goal as well.

I have to say this was a pretty bright idea from Kinger. 7-1 going into the 3rd period. BC starting on the power play.
 
St Cloud beats Bemidji 4-0.

Huskies score their 2nd and 3rd goals during power play after Emily Bergland game misconduct for checking from behind late in 2nd period and out shoot Bemidji heavily in 3rd period after being outshot before then,
