Looks like both Oswego and Platty have sons of retired NHL players,and both have BIG dmen from Sweden coming in...

If they were transfers from Minnesota, would they be B1G dmen?? :)

On a happier note, congrats to Cards_rule_the_Burgh who turns 24 today. One more year before the car insurance rates fall!

yes dont see that happening in the near future...but Ill take the 6'3" 215lber who played in 2 top leagues anyday..

Ok boys D1 hit the ice today as/regs..........So what do we know about any pink fluffy bunny practices going on in D3 land?? Buehler anyone??

I know my 7 year old will be skating with Coach Taylor starting Tuesday for the Geneva/Hobart hockey clinic. I know there are some pink bunnie spots of ice time.

Saw that the Cadets were on ice at Waterbury, knowing that no ice goes down at Krietsberg until after Homecoming, which is late this year.

I am probably wrong, but this excerpt from the article leads me to believe that UNE will be included in the new conference, but the author may not have known there is an NEC and UNE?

"Because the conference memberships are due to remain intact throughout the transition process, conference officials expect that the new leagues will retain the current automatic NCAA tournament qualifier spots presently held by the ECAC East when play begins."

He knows the difference. I think it was an inadvertent omission. I've contacted him about it
