NU goalie has a terrible 1st period. 2nd goal was definitly a softie and she was lucky the 3rd goal was negated by a quick whistle. She was awful on that one also.
End of 1, BC 2-0 .

Looks like Bugalski read the conversation that a few of us had a couple weeks ago in another thread with respect to goaltenders having one disastrous game each season that they can do nothing about no matter what they do or how they try.

If it's any consolation to her the video quality was terrible.

1-1 after 1 for BC/NU. Was pretty even early until NU scored on an early pp and then it was alllllllllllllllllll BC from there. 20-11 BC the shots.

2nd has been much more even. BC PP with 1:38 to go in the period.

EDIT: BC goal with 2.4 second left in the period to go up 4-3 into the 2nd intermission WOOO

BC a Gopherian 3 for 3 on the PP so far

What I'm seeing is a similar game to Tuesday, except Bugalski hasn't fallen apart (our goals have been sweet) and Coyne is actually getting through. Outside of Coyne, though, BC has really controlled everything.

BC owns the face-offs which is a key piece to their possession game. It will be interesting to see them against someone (hint Wisconsin/Minnesota) who can match or beat them on that.
