Tough blow for Union; Stewart seemed like a solid grab for the program. She committed to Union in January.

I was told BC was high on her list but she wanted to stay close to home after being in Minnesota for 4 years.

When I see these late announcements it makes me wonder. Are these financial aid commit's or is there actual scholarship money available at this point?

She would likely be a full athletic scholarship player wherever she went.

Worth noting that Maddie stopped 40 of 42 shots on her way to a 2-2 tie against Duluth East in BOYS hockey this past weekend
