"Fire kiffin" chant at the coliseum

They deserve it for being dumb enough to hire him in the first place. It was baffling when it happened and what we're seeing now validates that. Though perhaps his hiring shouldn't have come as a surprise considering it's the same school that once hired Tim Floyd.

Someone needs to start www.lanekiffinconfusedlook.blogspot.com

Go read his bio on the USC page. High comedy. And I don't actually have an issue with USC in general, but the Kiffin thing...the guy is just lightweight garbage as a coach.

Oh he was out of it. He asked the guy to repeat the question (the FIRST question asked). And blamed it on nerves from being on live TV.
Yeah, he so rarely has to perform live...

Yeah, he so rarely has to perform live...

To be fair, I think the intimate setting of a live interview compared to a live concert is quite different.

But he was higher than the entire state of Colorado, won't deny that.

Like he's never done live TV interviews before. He was stoned and Herbie almost hurt himself trying not to laugh. It was a testament to Musburger that he held it together while Eminem was there.

Re: 2013 DI BCS Thread: Thorthu Thame ish bacth!

Um, not denying he was stoned more than a Jesus-era adulterer.

It took Syracuse four years to dig out of the Robinson mess. He shouldn't be coaching Pop Warner at this point.

Thanks to Greyeagle on GPL for this:

Quoting just to enjoy the gif some more.

Did he roll up to the tailgate with Willie Nelson, Snoop Dogg, and Chech and Chong??

Re: 2013 DI BCS Thread: Thorthu Thame ish bacth!

The scary part is, I don't think it is. He looked about 7 kinds of blown out last night.

Re: 2013 DI BCS Thread: Thorthu Thame ish bacth!

And now everyone is talking about him and lookatthatwhatacoinkydinkhehasanewalbumcomingoutbuyit.

Definitely looking forward to Bama and A&M this weekend. I just hope I don't work during the game.

A ****ing indictment of Oklahoma State and Les Miles. Should be an interesting series of reading. I'm under no illusion this is unique to Okie Jr., but it reads like all kinds of awful. If you're giving USC the business for the Reggie Bush affair, the Cowboys should be terrified. Of course the NCAA is anything but consistent.

Re: 2013 DI BCS Thread: Thorthu Thame ish bacth!

Wow. It'll be interesting to see what the NCAA does, or doesn't do, with this!

No wonder Les Miles was able to find his way to the SEC.

NCAA punishment checklist

1) Is the team in the SEC?
If yes, stop. Punishment = 30 lashes with wet noodle.
If no, proceed.

2) Is team in one of the four other major conferences?
If no, punishment = 2 years probation (loss of scholarships possible)
If yes, proceed.

3) Was the team a national power in the years we are investigating?
If no, punishment = 1 year bowl ban, 2 years probation (loss of scholarships probable)
If yes, punishment = 2 year bowl ban, 4 years probation (loss of scholarships a definite)

So Okie St should be looking at 2 years of probation and a bowl ban around 2015 or so; probably lose 5 scholarships.

This reminds me: Whatever happened to the Miami investigation? I haven't heard a bit of information on that for a long *** time...

Either way, as much as the public will probably **** OK State, I doubt the NCAA will do squat... They had two opportunities to drop the BAN-HAMMER (Miami, Penn State) and they balked both times... They will talk a good game, but in the end, the penalties won't do squat to discourage this crap

The NCAA got evidence illegally, or had some wrongdoing themselves, or something. Basically incompetence x10[SUP]23[/SUP], which is really what the NCAA is best at.

As for the Penn State deal, if they had concluded their investigation earlier it might've been a possibility, but it came too late into the season and cancelling games would've screwed over the other Big Ten teams.
