I'm glad you posted this, because I missed that game, and missed the write-up the next day. So your comment made me go back and look. That was unbelievable. I probably watched the highlight at mlb.com six times.

It was nuts.

Dozier gave them an extra out, yes. But Perkins serving up meatballs gave them three runs. Too bad the stats won't show it.

So at the break, the Twinks are 36-49 (.424). That's such an improvement over late May -- on May 28 they were 16-32 (.333) -- that I was surprised to figure out that at their current pace they're still on track to lose 94 games. But I just forgot how unbelievably bad they were early on.
