2012 Minnesota Twins: 99 Problems...

Re: 2012 Minnesota Twins: 99 Problems...

Well, so much for these guys getting better and hoping to make any kind of race out of this later in the season.

Re: 2012 Minnesota Twins: 99 Problems...

I'll take what I can get this year, so:

Man, Willingham CRUSHED that ball. That's three game-winning homers in a month, man! (May 29 vs A's, June 20 vs Pirates, and last night)

Re: 2012 Minnesota Twins: 99 Problems...

Then we could trade Drew Butera to the same team, since Liriano is as useless as **** on a boar without him behind the plate.

Re: 2012 Minnesota Twins: 99 Problems...

Just made the mistake of looking at stats from Rochester:

Danny Valencia, hitting .234
T. Nishioka, hitting .222

Sheesh.

Re: 2012 Minnesota Twins: 99 Problems...

Bottom of the 9th, down 4-1 to Teh Royals. But I've got a yuge glass of Baker's in hand, so let's see how things go!

Re: 2012 Minnesota Twins: 99 Problems...

Ben hits it up the middle, off the pitcher's leg, and it dribbles free for an infield single! First and second, nobody out. Joe Mauer steps to the plate!

Re: 2012 Minnesota Twins: 99 Problems...

And Joe laces a full count pitch down the line for a double! We're now at 4-2, runners on 2nd and 3rd, still nobody out, and Willingham steps to the plate.

Re: 2012 Minnesota Twins: 99 Problems...

Josh grounds out to short, but Revere scores to make it 4-3! Runner on 2nd, 1 out, and Morneau comes up.
