Minnesota is going to bring an aggressive forecheck and make the BC defensemen move around quite abit, maybe more then they have all year. The MN transition game will have the D men on their heels as well. BC fans does York shorten his bench? Lucia rolls four pretty consistently.

Leave that stuff to Brent. BC will bring as much depth as any team the Gophers have faced this year, they have great goaltending as well as defensive support in their own zone. There is a reason they had the win streak regardless of who they played and the Gophers will need to be at their best without question to even have a chance.

The only time I remember him doing it this year was overtime in the Beanpot

Just looking...BC has 7 of its top 10 scorers as upperclassmen. MN has just 3. Could be a factor.

BC would absolutely welcome a run and gun game.

Verifying above, the only time I remember him going 3 lines was OT in the Beanpot. They cycle 4 lines & 3 pairings constantly.

I'm glad we are playing BC I just wish it was Saturday's game and not Thursday, I like the style BC plays up and down the rink, that to me is fun College Hockey to watch. The trapping and clutching and grabbing type teams bore me to death. If BC does beat the Gophers I hope they go on to win a NC.

Didn't the bench get shortened to 3 lines with about 10 mins to go in the AFA game this weekend?
