those that have declared BC the winner 10 days before the FF has started are our sandbagging friends from down the street:p not sure any BC poster has said anything of the sort

Well at least this will take the pressure off. Back in 2003 Webber was upset he was called out as the weak link, he came out and played one hell of a game against MI. Maybe it would work for the whole team.

Verifying above, the only time I remember him going 3 lines was OT in the Beanpot. They cycle 4 lines & 3 pairings constantly.

Minnesota would be more than happy to have a run and gun game. In fact they use all four lines and three pairings through out the whole game. I am not concerned about matchups I am more concerned about the last change. ;) BC is the better team so they should win this game easily.

I hate sandbagging. Yes, BC is the favorite...albeit maybe a slight one. Somebody has to be. That is not saying anything bad about Minnesota. BC fans are not declaring victory...all that has been done by other fans.

Anyone who is anyone who covers college hockey is making it fairly clear on Twitter that Minnesota is an underdog. Even more so Union and Ferris. Wait until next week when CHN, USCHO, and other blogs start previewing the games. If anyone picks anyone other than BC to win, you'll have a point.

That said, it really doesn't bother Gopher fans. At least me. We know we're all underdogs in the media's eyes, and kinda like it that way. This team plays better with a chip on their shoulder. It's when everyone expects them to win that this Gopher team seems to crap the bed.

Fair enough. I couldn't care less who picks who...doesn't mean anything. I'm sure Jerry York and his players have a ton of respect for the Gophers.

Let me put it this way (a way gopher fans should appreciate)...

I fully expect a tougher challenge than the sioux have provided in recent FFs against BC
