It is odd to know the best save of the weekend when the games aren't over yet.

Although the fans want to overlook Ferris, BC learned last year not to do that. I think of it like how the Bruins built on the Philly comeback from 0-3 to come back to win the Stanley Cup. I think the team is focused and motivated to take care of business.

That has to be on their mind, you cannot take anything for granted and you must respect your opponent. I hope they take care of business tonight and certainly you know from our St. Louis trip and from last year's shocker, they know anything can happen in a 1-game format. BC has had its share of heartaches during this run from 1998 in the York era.

God played for UND, so he's a sure bet for Ferris. He hathn't a son yet and with this whole free will thing, BC might win anyway.

Three national championships in five years but you've had your share of heartaches? Seriously? We're all aware that on any given night anything can happen and that York will have these kids ready to play tonight, but let's get real here. Without those "heartaches" BC would have had at least two, if not more, national titles. There's no heartache there.

Exactly. It's hard to feel for BC fans. They are the most spoiled fans in college hockey the last 13 years

Has BC or anyone won the Hockey East regular season, post season and national championship?

I don't care how successful the program has been. It still blows to lose in the NC game.

Notwithstanding, the 06 and 07 NC games occurred prior to the two recent wins. When the 07 game ended, in those 10 years BC had been to the NC 5 (98, 00, 01, 06, 07) times but only won once. Plus the 04 FF semi dud and the 2OT loss to Cornell in the 03 regional final.

Agreed. Up until BC won in 2008, there was plenty of heartache.

BC did it in 2001 with Gionta's team.

It's a good thing BC beat Minnesota, cause the Gophers couldn't have handled Ferris State

We played really well tonight. BC was just too good.
