I'm firmly on the Ferris State bandwagon, gotta cheer for the future conference mate, and not one of the teams hanging us out to dry.

Sorry but I just don't see it either. Especially from our biggest rivals which are also some of the largest fan bases. Would be nice, but don't think too many of them can overcome their blind hatred toward all things Gopher.

One? Not sure that they are wcha fans...but Bronzebacks, SJHovey, burd have shown support to name a few. There many opinions.

For awhile the WCHA was pretty dominant. IMO conference fans are supporting the conference moreso than before now that the WCHA is in a national dogfight with the other conferences.

I will never cheer for UND or Wisconsin unless it really helps the Gophers in a big way. The other nine I'll cheer for without issue.

I don't expect anyone else to cheer for the Gophers - that's sports. I was happy as hell for UMD last year and will feel the same for MSUM, BSU or SCSU when they reach that stage but to each is own. If they miraculously win it all this year that will be thanks enough.

I will never cheer for the WCHA as a conference. It's a silly concept, IMO.

I also was very happy for (and rooting for) Duluth, but they are not a direct rival.
