Balyor and West Virginia decided the defense was not neccessary in this game. Tied at 35 at half. Though the refs gifted Baylor a touchdown despite their QB clearly being beyond the line of scrimmage when he threw the ball.

This **** is bananas.

1:19 2nd quarter: Texas A&M 27, Arkansas 10 - 651 yards of total offense
Half: Miami 23, NC State 14 - 647 yards of total offense
Half: West Virginia 35, Baylor 35 - 710 yards of total offense

And this week the Nittany Lions kicked their bare butts. Apparently Lou Holtz said something to the effect of the Illini coaches came here to "recruit" because they knew the Lions were better players. :D

minnesota chokes again. They could have beaten this iowa team. iowa is HORRIBLE. CMU beat them. CMU doesn't belong in FBS.

If minny wanted to beat them at kinnick and send a message, this would have been the year. But they crapped the bed in typical minny fashion.

Yeah, Minnesota really should have sent a message there, since they haven't won at Kinnick since, oh, the last time they played there. What a ****ing moron.

Ill defend it insofar as they weren't as horrible as what Nebraska was wearing, and that it at least attempts to use some throwback design elements.

That aside, they look as terrible and unoriginal as our offense. We aren't likely to be bowl eligible this year.

That's only because any of the QBs on the roster would need to improve to be nearly satisfactory. The OC fits this offense about as well as sicking your hand in a shoe and calling it a glove. Honestly, I suspect that he has some compromising pictures of Belima and that is why he got the job. Between the QB play and the unimaginative playcalling, I'm waiting for the team to play with the 4-5 D and just leave the CBs on an island and dare UW to beat them with the pass. Ball on the field? It's either Dive Right or Dive Left? White on the field, it's either Sweep Left or Sweep Right. Clearly a passing down? Play action (which no D is going to bite on when it's 3rd and 8) with a 5 step drop trying to hit the TE on a 6 yard crossing pattern. This offense is just ripped off from "The Idiots Guide to Coaching the Pro Offense for High Schools North of the Mason-Dixon Line" and that may be unfair to most High School football programs.
