2012-13 Incoming Freshman Classes Write-Up

Being a quintessential BC player is usually a good thing come March and April once they are wearing maroon and gold. Especially when playing a team full of quintessential Minnesota players (except the foreigners, like that Haula guy because we all know no Minnesota player from Finland can possible be a quintessential Gopher).

Don't be like him, which is the quintessential d-bag.

With the run that BC has been on the last few years or so, I'm sure their 2013-2014 incoming recruiting class will be top notch as it usually is.

This doesn't mean I hate the Gophers either. ;)

No doubt BC will have an unbelievable recruiting class. That doesn't mean it will necessarily be better than Minnesota's though. I'm trying to look at this impartially. I just can't see a better class in terms of what I think they'll do in college. And that is meant as no disrespect to BC, who have clearly out-recruited and generally outplayed all of college hockey over the past 10+ years.

Oh I agree, I think the Gophers class will be a great one for sure.

I don't know. We played against one of the Reillys' cousins in a bantam tournament last winter and I wasn't impressed.

If that's indicative of their bloodlines, I'd be worried (x3) if I was a Gopher fan.

:p:D

Wrong recruiting class. The Reilly brothers are coming in this year. And they aren't all equally as talented. Mike will be the star of the group IMO.

Re: 2012-13 Incoming Freshman Classes Write-Up

And yet, we've won more championships ;)

Wrong. BC has 5 National Titles, same as Minnesota.

Also, before you go BSI about pre-NCAA Titles, BC was voted National Champion in 1923, and won the AAU Title in 1942. Of course, you won't see a BC fan gloating about those titles.

Re: 2012-13 Incoming Freshman Classes Write-Up

You're right. 5 NCAA Titles = 5 NCAA Titles.

However, 7 Titles Total > 5 Titals Toal

One of the benefits of having a longer, richer, and more successful program history. You guys are just a flash in the pan ;)

I'm not sure what "Titals toal" means, but BC has 2 pre-NCAA "titles" (see my previous post).

Interesting. I guess 7 = 7 then.

We can't just pretend history never happened :)
