It wasn't even the weirdest goal of the night. In the Memorial Cup Saint John scored the GTG off of a guy's head.

But that was actually a good goal. Good move, good shot. The aftermath was weird, sure...but the actual play wasn't. This was just WEIRD.

Quite the heads up play from Bieksa to get rid of that puck knowing that nobody else knew where it was. A lot of guys probably would have tried to settle the puck down before getting it on net.

Agreed - and the way that shot went it looked like a Wakefield knuckler or one of my "blasts" from the point! :D
