McQuaid face plants into the boards. Ouch.

Get Hnidy going for next game!

(Is Steve Kampfer still hurt?)

Yes Kampfer is still injured. It should be Hindy next game should McQuaid not be able to go.

Who would win a fight? Tim Thomas or god? Trick question…Tim Thomas is god!

What a game by JVR. Love seeing the UNH kid starting to look legit in the NHL. He was mad scary good, and is going to be drafted very high on my fantasy roster next year. Speed, shooting, and a mean streak. Good for him.

The rest of boston looked gassed, and was lucky to come out of that with a win since philly owned the third and some of OT. Up two games to nothing is nothing new for these guys and know they have to bring a better effort in game 3. Playing one D man down didn’t help, but I am not sure it would have stopped the onslaught. I would expect Jillian to praise his clubs efforts but to tell his boys they have some work to do. I’d like to see ONE powerplay goal, but resilience and spectacular over time play will have to suffice.

He did look good. I hate the kid for multiple reasons. First off, he's from NJ; big negative there. Second, he was a giant db when he played at UNH. I mean, he played dirty, cheap, and was a total goon on the ice. Looks a lot different now though. Third, he plays for Philly. They were booing McQuad who was injured on the ice. Those fans deservse to rot in a cest pool of their own vomit. But yeah, he did look good.
