2011-2012 DIII Opinion Poll

Re: 2011-2012 DIII Opinion Poll

Bring back the "Berry Patch Poll"...at least there we could debate or as some seem to think...argue. :(

Debate and argue are interchangeable in most cases. And for the record as I stated when I started the thread I have no problem with the Berry Patch Poll I would just prefer for it to be posted after I post the opinion results.

Re: 2011-2012 DIII Opinion Poll

You gonna use the Rutter than OnMAA? I need to know for when I compile later.

Sorry, not following. Clearly stated my personal view below the rutter example in my earlier post. The rutter example was more as a reaction to one posters top 10 that was clearly out of sorts.

Repeating my view for your clarity....

Top two teams right now are RIT and Norwich, in that order.
Next two (3-4) are Platty and Middlebury in no particular order.
Next flight of four teams (5-8) in no particular order are RF, Gustavus, Elmira and Amherts.
Next flight of four teams (9-12) include St-Norberts, Adrian, Neumann and Manhattanville.

Repeating again cause i'm sure you'd like to hear my top choice over and over again :D....

Consider RIT the team the beat this year, but their challenge will be to get by both Platty and Elmira, as IMHO those squads are both better than last year. Having said all that, History dicates that Norwich will win it all this year, and given what I've heard and seen, would not bet against it.

Your personal opinion was your Top 4 not 10 but with this post I'll leave off Neumann and Manhattanville for this round if that is ok with you, I mean it would be your poll.

Re: 2011-2012 DIII Opinion Poll

Spike...I didn't attackyour poll, I said that I like that mine is attacked when yours was not. Reading Comprehension 101. I like that you attack the Yellowjackets, when I didn't mention them or did not rank them at all. You guys seriously need to get over yourselves.

Chill out dude. Whenever I put up a poll entry I expect people to question my choices. I did not say anything about your choices until after you "suggested" someone should question mine. So who "attacked" whom?

Nope, Leave Manhattanville and Neumann in the top ten over Adrian and St-Norberts.

Re: 2011-2012 DIII Opinion Poll

No....so get off your high horse and just deal with it for now. I suppose since you are the god of D3 women's hockey...I should just wait until you post your poll and copy it.

Easy there sparky. I simply was asking a question as to how your logic worked on your poll. Your obviously entitled to your opinion and that's fine. Just was having a hard time comprehending how Elmira was left out of your poll yet Manhattanville was ranked. You explained yourself now and whether I agree with your logic or not doesn't really matter.

I am by no means a God of D-III hockey but I have been one of the few posters on here that have been around since the NCAA started sponsoring a D-III women's hockey championship. I've also been to 6 of the 10 D-III Frozen Fours so I think I have a fairly good handle on things on the national scale and can put things into perspective a little better than your never-ending Napolean syndrome of trying to equate the West to the East.

Re: 2011-2012 DIII Opinion Poll

I might as well kick this week off...I'll post it in the argument thread as well so you can rip it apart over there....so poor Tweedle Dee doesn't have to siphon through all of your stupid objections to my OPINION poll. Love, Gojackets.

4. Plattsburgh(keeping them here despite, bad showing on Friday)
