Eeek, got home late and just saw it. Awful. But the Habs seemed to recover from it OK.

The 2nd Period has been owned by Philly for 3 of the 4 games. Hopefully the Habs buck the trend.

Pssh. It's done for everyone else in four more games anyway.

The Eastern finals have looked *slow* compared to the West. I'll get sardonic amusement watching Chicago fly around someone else's slow arse defensemen.

Those 4 (and up to 7) games are kind of a big deal, though. :p

Wow - game 1 is 8 pm EDT on Saturday. The Stanley Cup Final on Hockey Night in Canada on Saturday night!!

How did Buttman allow that to happen? :rolleyes:

I can't help but think the Flyers got rope-a-doped all playoffs having to deal with the Devils, Bruins and Habs leading up to a potential/probable arse-throttling at the hands of Chicago.

Philly is in for a world of pain.

I though NBC wanted back to back nights for games 1 and 2. Am I misremembering?

If one of the series went seven games, that would've likely happened. This way, they don't have to do that. Also, Games 3 and 4 being on Versus means that NBC gets to avoid having issues with the start of their summer reruns being interrupted.
