your team stinks and all you mambie-pambies can complain about is fried dough?

Come on malz2000 if they took away your fried dough you wouldn't be complaining? I don't think I know one person who doesn't enjoy hot and fresh fried dough.

Finally finished my RIT pictures. I put up the whole game, figuring a bunch of you couldn't be there to see it in person. Enjoy!

Lowell at RIT Pictures

FYI, the Chris Garner auction (UMD equipment manager's medical expenses) includes two red (different designs) Lowell gameworns - a Cey and a Potacco - http://server2.maxanet.com/cgi-bin/mnlist.cgi?oberman2/42 and http://server2.maxanet.com/cgi-bin/mnlist.cgi?oberman2/43
Thanks to both of you.

I am dissapointed in the new rink....ice cream, gone, dippin dots, gone, fried dough, gone, freesh cookies, gone, added, 5 beer stands and two full service bars. Not a family atmoshere anymore. Is that really appropriate for a college arena?
Since these were all very popular items, I would imagine many/all of them will return. Give them some time as it still a work in progress.

Re: 2010/2011 UML In-Season Thread

Looking forward to the home and home against BU this weekend. Might be optimistic, but I think UML can come out of the weekend with two points.
Let's hope so. A very tough stretch of games coming up (BU, @BU, @BC, UVM, UNH, MC & @MC). The Hawks need to find a way to take some points.

From today's Lowell Sun. One stat that needs to change quickly.
Through five games and 310:24 of hockey so far, the River Hawks have led for exactly 12 minutes and six seconds.

Please do not quote the troll. My thread view shows a happily empty space where his words should be:D

Re: 2010/2011 UML In-Season Thread

Was interesting to hear that Coach isn't thrilled with having to give up practicing at the Tsongas with all this work being done. You could hear his frustration on the radio show last night about it ... not complaining exactly, and he was very complimentary to Billerica for hosting them, but he was noting that video time is being lost, teaching time, even meetings are being affected.

BTW, to other sports for a second ... UML's soccer team is now 2-0-1 with the new "interim" coach in charge, including an upset of Merrimack last night. And the #2 Field Hockey team takes on probably it's last tough battle of the regular season tonight as they head to #6 Stonehill. UML is 5-0 in conference, 15-0 overall, and Stonehill is 7-0 in conference, 11-4 overall. They did play each other earlier this season in Lowell (4-0 UML win) but that was a non-conference game.

Is there a link to this anywhere? Quick Google search didn't turn up anything.
