Horton gets his 3rd, Lucic with his first from Horton. I like what I've seen over the past 3 periods from the Bruins. I know it's way early, but I love seeing Horton scoring already.

Tyler Seguin just got his first NHL goal. He really showed his instincts/vision by taking off down ice for a breakaway goal on Bryzgalov.

I wish I had knew the NHL Network was going to broadcast the game. I only caught the end of the 3rd.

Fishsticks/Rangers in a Columbus Day matinee on the Island today at 1 p.m.!

Heh.

Wisniewski made a sucking dick motion with his hand and mouth towards Avery and he's all up in arms about it. Turnabout is fair play, Avery.

Entertaining game, Isles up 2-1 now.

Could the Rangers please stop giving the puck away to the Islanders in prime scoring positions? Kthxbai.

Re: 2010-11 NHL Season part I: Blackhawks Down in Atlanta

Heh. Of course the Rangers carry the play and the Islanders stay in the game on garbage goals. Of COURSE.

Watching the Blues- Ducks game; Anaheim's Lubomir Visnovsky hurt pretty bad (couldn't skate off under his own power).

If it is as serious as it looks, a bad Anaheim D corp is really in trouble. They signed Lilja today before this injury, now what? I think they're going to have to seriously take a look at going after Souray. He fits there now more than ever.

Stay classy, Islanders. I wouldn't expect anything less from them.

I don't like Avery at all, but if you have a problem with him just punch him in the face.

Nice to see the refs letting the Islanders get away with everything that was a penalty in the first two periods. Hooray for consistency!

Oh, NOW they're calling penalties again. Of course.
