Finally a penalty on the Habs. First Caps PP after Mike Green has a fabulous move and hits something in front. They say post, but it looked like it hit someone.

Right off the bat, Montreal clears off the face-off. LOL.

Moore took a tough shot there. And Halak remains good.

Really quick whistle.

Another putrid PP by the Caps so far, keeping it on the outside. Not moving around at all.

If Montreal just puts three guys directly in front of the net, why doesn't Washington put a guy behind the net in the Gretzky area?

1 for 32.

That PP is terrible. Caps are mentally shot with the man advantage. No confidence at all.

But all it takes is a goal to start bringing it back......

Re: 2009-2010 NHL Playoffs Thread Part II: Dan Boyle's fate rests in the balance...

And now Habs get the PP on a patented Moen bull rush.

Because they're too busy setting up Ovechkin, Corvo and Green for long shots from the point.

In other words, they're idiots.

Green commits a penalty and still gets beat. Jesus, he sucks.

There's Mike Green with another pathetic play, puck goes through in, Green had position...

watching the replay I don't see any penalty. Bad call.

Even I'd be booing the Caps at this point. Their top six have all Marleau'ed.

Heh. I know where he's going next year now. Washington's all about getting more of what they have and nothing of what they need.

see: Corvo, Joe

I get the feeling that for Montreal to win, they're going to need a shutout. If the Caps get the next goal...

Ovechkin must not have thought that he played it with a high stick, otherwise he would have just let it go until the period ended...right?

Wait, that assumes that Ovechkin was thinking.

They need to trade Mike Green for a bag of pucks.

A Montreal shutout for the win. How do I celebrate that? I take the day off and see a show in Vegas.:D
