Great back and forth action, but this is exactly what Buffalo wants.
5 to go

Vanek with a great move but Rask makes the save!

This must have been what watching the Sharks was like if you aren't very emotionally invested.

Wow. How does Ovechkin get loose in the slot like that...twice?

Habs call timeout. Still 2-0. 5:02 left in period.

Boston can't count.
2:19 left.

FINALLY an interference penalty to Washington for crashing the net!

Habs to the PP....late in 2nd.

Re: 2009-2010 NHL Playoffs Thread Part II: Dan Boyle's fate rests in the balance...

Hey, I guess the refs finally wised up to the cross checking a guy into a goalie being a penalty.

Fehr is an idiot.

Should be matching because at least one Habs guy was rabbit punching Fehr while he was being held. Takes a real man to take shots at a guy while he's being held back. :)

But I doubt that will happen.

That was amusing. Gerbe tried to check Chara. :D

Penalty killed.

Period over.

2-1

Poti with a puck to the face...that can't feel good.

Period...2-0 Canadiens!!!

Shots 33-13....but we got Halak.

Sabres have a lot of work to do in the 3rd...

Not terribly happy with what they've put forth so far. Started to perk up a little in the 2nd right before and after the goal, but really not great.

The only players who look awake and like the give a **** out there are Kennedy, Ennis, and Grier...occasionally Vanek and Rivet...but they better step it up.

Time to get physical like game 1 of the series and make a better effort to get to the puck and win those little battles for the puck.

Let's go boys...step it up.

Good to see one of my teams still managing to **** the bed in the first round. It would feel weird otherwise.

I love them continuing to show this Mike Green commercial.

Because when I think Mike Green, I think car accident, and when I think car accident I think Geico.

Thanks Geico, it makes so much sense now.
