That is a group of Native American casinos that bought the naming rights. Prior to that, it was Jobing.com Arena, which is maybe the worst name sponsorship ever.
Nobody goes to Coyotes games because getting to Glendale is a tremendous pain. A little over a year ago, the Coyotes tried to buy some land in Tempe for a new arena(and would have brought Arizona State along with them), but it was Native American-owned and apparently they had to negotiate acre-by-acre with each individual member of the tribe that owned the land, and they needed to get everyone to agree to selling. They tried bluffing by saying they were going with another option, and both ended up falling through. Though, even if they had gotten the land, they wouldn't have had a way to pay for the arena anyway.
Where they play? Gila River Arena, which I guess is part of the Native American Casino racket?
